Always Focus on Solutions than problems

Always Focus on Solutions than problems because Future is Bright.

We hear so many tragic & remarkable events from the media these days. Like the most recent Delhi Rape Case, or Pune Metro Project, etc. there are always ups and downs in our own personal & professional lives. Regardless, of what we may believe about global politics or national politics, struggling economies on all geographical scales, it is of little use to focus on the gloom and the doom.

Little of what I have learnt from the virtue of some of my great mentors that by attention to what is happening in the world, no matter how horrible or terrible the media has portrayed the scene of happenings, it is bad for someone who is willing to be able to be resourceful to these happenings.
For example, if traffic signal violation detection system in pune remained unoperational due to the absence of connectivity or some competitive multinational business coming to our country what good it does to us is to freeze up in fear. This is definitely not good. Freezing up in a situation gets you nowhere. The point here is to wake up & do what required action is to be taken to mitigate (ease) the risk or to move in another direction?
I have seen many people who constantly talk about problems or potential problems, most likely are not doing anything about them.  Somehow they find it safer and more comforting to commiserate with other people who are doing the same thing, rather than spending their energy on assessing their options and taking action.  This mindset defect applies to countries, to companies, to organizations, to individuals, even collectively to human beings.
I have listed down some simple steps for avoiding paralysis due to the fear and uncertainty caused by problems one may not completely understand.
Step 1:  Understand the problem as best you can.
Note that I said “as best you can”.  Don’t analyze the problem to the nano-detail, unless it’s a problem that requires that kind of precision.
Step 2:  Determine the magnitude (level) of the problem.
Figure out whether the problem is “life-threatening” or something relatively minor.  It amazes me how often I see people fretting over problems that cannot have any major impact on them and ignoring those which can have significant consequences.
Step 3:  Focus on solutions.
Once you’ve figured out the magnitude of the problem, don’t obsess over it; just focus on solutions.  As soon as you understand what the problem is about, unless it’s highly dynamic, it makes no sense to pay further close attention to it; rather, you should move to focusing your energy on potential solutions.
Step 4:  Take action.
Once you have determined potential solutions, it’s time to take action.  Don’t fall victim of paralysis by analysis.  In the beginning of the process, the enemies were fear and uncertainty.  The enemy now is over-analysis, which itself is largely a result of fear and uncertainty.  Now is not the time for further analysis; it is time to take action and pay close attention to the results your actions are achieving.
Step 5:  Continually adjust your actions based on the results you achieve.
If you are paying attention, you will receive feedback on the results of your actions.  Based on this feedback you should continue to adjust your actions until the problem is successfully mitigated or completely solved.  The key here is not to stop until you get the result you are seeking.  Perseverance plays a key role in overcoming all difficult challenges.
The future is bright, as long as you don’t get caught up in focusing on gloom and doom and problems. Take all information into account, but make sure that your focus is on finding potential solutions, taking action, and adjusting your actions based on the feedback you receive.  Then, don’t stop until you reach your objective.
    FUTURE IS BRIGHT :-)

I look forward to your questions & thoughts. If you would like add a point to this, its most welcoming. Also, do let me know if this was helpful to you. Please respond or comment below the post.

Why use Wallpaper than Painting on wall.

Why use Wallpaper than Painting on wall.

I suggested for you to use wallpaper for following reasons-

1)  Wallpaper looks very nice if chosen right - The demands of people are changing and we all are seeking for better and improved lifestyle. The scenario of the society has changed around us. We no longer stick to the old and typical things in out lifestyle. Wallpapers give a right look to the room. They give a style statement and define a person's personna as well. Normally used by fashionista as they understand design very well and it matches well their lifestyle.

2)  There are huge variety of designs- In market today there are thousands of designs for wallpapers available in various colour combinations. You get wallpapers in satin, velvet feel too. There are various other textures which you can touch and feel. Wallpapers come with extensive collections include patterns, colours and textures on paper and fabric from the world's most creative designers.

3)  You can make your room theme based by using wallpaper- One can make the interior look contemporay, traditional, electic, vintage, chic and many more according to the theme. Colours, patterns and textures are strictly up to the taste of the theme chosen with the decor.

4)  They can be painted- Some Wallpapers can be painted as well. There are some textures available in market which are'nt available in textured paints too. These wallpapers come with a paint option.

5)  Maintainence is less- Once installed they give comfort to project owners as maintenance costs are minimal, yet the standard of decor always remain fresh and looking as new. Wallpapers have a longer life than paint.

6)  It takes very less time for application as compared to paint- It actually takes less time unlike paint where 2-3 coats of paint are applied to get the desired colour on walls. Wallpapers are applied on wall with an adhesive on the back. They are available in rolls form. Their design needs to be matched well. Your applicator has to be good in application because if the design does'nt match well then it will look shabby.

Wallpapers can be installed in any project, and anywhere where quality is a must. They can be custom-made and their purpose is well designed by the designer to exact specifications.

Pyaas Bhadao

When I first saw this New Limca Ad I simply loved it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbjFqxso2pg

Sometimes we must not just do what we just suppose to do but actually get out of our boxes and do beyond our limit. Just like Kareena Kapoor in the ad said,
Tum na thodi pyaas bhadao....
What she really said was that we must all be thriving to achieve our goals. When we achieve our goals we must go further and have newer and higher goals. I think that when we develop in our work we must just start feeling our work. I think our passion makes a big difference in our success.
Lets take for example any sport. Sports require immense practice. If that is done with passion and pleasure then it will surely receive success sooner or later. They are normally won by passion, preservance and sheer patience. Suppose if one is cycling. If he is taking 10rounds in a stipulated time. Then he must exceed his performance by reducing his time. If this is consicously done and with guidance of his coach then he can really be competitive to other cyclists and take part in competitions.

Many-a-times we feel we should only do this much of work reasoning lethargy or socio-status or because its not required. We have too many notions in mind pertaining to our lives. I feel sometimes we must challenge ourselves to newer levels of work and try achieveing newer heights. Also it depends on our surroundings. If we have satisfied people or negative people they will try to negate us. I feel one should keep a target in mind with a defined timeline and chase to achieve that. It has always worked beyond for me. I am sure it will give you too wonders! Even if it does'nt then atleast it will make you realize your potential to succeed. So it will sooner or later take you there.

Toh Tum na thodi pyaas bhadao.....

LOVE U MOM

ROSE A Short Film

I saw few short films yesterday. All had a something to say but the movie "ROSE" deserves a mention. It was about Mother's relationship with children.
Story goes this way. A young man was driving to his work on a weekday. He stopped his car to a nearby bouquets outlet. He saw a young pretty teen of 12-13yrs old sitting next to the outlet. He looked at her and saw that she was crying. She was feeling sad.
He went to her and asked her.
Man- What happend to you? Why are you crying?
Girl-  I don't have money to buy flowers for my mother, its her birthday today.
Man-  Coincidence you know, its my mom's birthday too today. Hey I will buy you flowers.
Girl-  Thanks! Girl still had sadness on her face.
Man-  Ok now cheer up!!
He then went to the lady and asked her to prepare a beautiful bouquet for his mother. He also
asked her to get them delivered to his mother. He also took a rose for the pretty girl.
He gave that rose to her. He asked her if she needed a lift.
Girl-  Yes, you can drop me.
Both sat in car and went towards the destination.
Man-  He got a call from his mother. He wished her mother birthday! He said that he won't be able to
come to her place today because he has some important meetings but promised that he will be there this weekend. He also told her that you will have a suprise this evening.
They reached at the gate. He said I have come to your place so let me meet your mom and wish
 her birthday!!
So both started walking to her place. They entered the gate and started getting down the staircase.
The man was getting down and he suddenly stopped. He was looking shocked. He started climbing upwards and ran to his car. He started driving his car and had tears in his eyes.
What he saw there was very shocking!!
What you guessed now is right!
Yes, That place was a graveyard.

He was crying while driving back towards the bouquet shop. He asked the lady that are those flowers delivered. She said no not yet but what happened? He said I want to give them personally to her. He took the flowers in car and picked up his phone to call. He called his mom and said I have a suprise for you. I am on the way to home. He then asked what was prepared for lunch?

               Movie ended here.

Many a times we actually neglect our loved ones. We mostly do that with our mother and family. We are not able to listen to the unsaid and unspoken emotions by them. They actually want to be with us only. I think we sometimes we must just express our love towards them by hugging them and making them feel special.

Another thing also that I felt was that we get to learn things from someone strange as well.

Well I also found that there is already a movie called "MY ROSE" by B Chinguin. I think these short story makers have taken the idea from there itself.

WHY SMILE IN SORROW

WHY SMILE?

When I say the word "smile" automatically a smile come to your face!!! So what is this "smile"? An emotion, a feeling or an expression, actually all. Smile is one of the beautiful expression of a human face. It gives a feeling of oneness and warmth! Its the best gift ever given by god to human's which shows emotions.

When one SMILES he/she feels his heart and every part of body has opened up automatically making him feel good or rejuvenated. If the smile is true and open then one can feel it in eyes too!!! It makes one feel a sense of pleasure and happiness.

Many-a-times when one is not able to accept the situation but has no choice then he blushes in smile. Mostly, it happens when one is in love.

One loves smiling when he knows his/her smile is the best in world! He/she loves to see it on his closed ones faces because it simply creates wonder. One simply feels special!

Some people are lucky to have dimples on their face making smile even more special but even other smiles are also not bad they just need to feel. When one smiles with pure and open heart then the smile has to be the best! He/she automatically looks good!!!

Of course, there are many more styles. Each style is different has its own relevance & importance. So firstly decide that and then decide upon the colors as they are the crux of any design. Colors are difficult to choose as they are too many and too confusing. Each style has its own rules and regulations. Counter-tops are also to be chosen carefully as they can't be replaced or re-done.
